Anyware Managed Service Reports As we strive to continually improve our commitments to our AnyWare Managed Services customers, Alexandria Networks is excited to introduce a new weekly Network Health Report. Clients using our AnyWare product suite should expect to receive these reports on a weekly basis, beginning this coming Monday, November 21, 2011. The image to the left is an example of a report that we generated from one of our test environments to clients a preview of what you can expect to see in the weekly report.

These weekly health reports give a snapshot view of your network’s health from the previous week. Alexandria Networks will be providing clients with a brief, but informational tutorial on how to interpret the data contained in the report. At a glance most items included are intuitive. Don’t be alarmed at Red X’s! In most cases they are simply informational events that we monitor and, depending on your current service plan level, either correct the situation for you automatically if a fix is needed, or recommend to you a solution that is proactive and allow you to decide what you would like us to do. Our goal is to always be proactive and inform you of what your network needs are rather than you telling us.

Alexandria Networks is now a member of the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce as of October 2011. We look forward to new networking opportunities in our local community and offering leading edge technology solutions for businesses in and around Prince William County in Virginia.

The Prince William Chamber is the largest in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with over 2000 active business members which represents over 66,000 employees. Both Alexandria Networks staff and our executive leadership team are excited to participate in chamber events during 2011 and 2012.
