John Lloyd our new Sr. Help Desk Engineer comes to Alexandria Networks from Griffin Custom Computer Networks in Rockville, MD and Natasha Stelmack recently joined our team from Fauquier County Public Schools where she worked as a help desk technician. Both John and Natasha demonstrate a strong ability in customer service, technical problem solving and leadership skills. There's no problem too large or too small for either of these talented engineers to tackle for you.
